- Local-First by Default: Entries are stored on your device (and, if you enable account features, in your app account) by default (e.g., backup, sync, email reports) may use secure cloud services when you turn them on
- Encryption in Transit & at Rest: We use industry-standard encryption (e.g., TLS for data in transit; provider-managed encryption for data at rest)
- No Data Sales: Calmtrack does not sell personal information or use your entries for advertising
- Explicit Consent: Reports and emails are generated and sent only when you choose to do so
- Standards-Aligned Practices: We design our practices to align with GDPR principles. Our hosting providers maintain certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 for their infrastructure
- Deletion Controls: You can delete your in-app data at any time. Items you export or share (e.g., PDFs or emails) are outside our control once sent
